Pray for me I’m flying with a bit of the running poos. I’ve eaten 4 pepto, and haven’t eaten anything since noon and that was three carne asada tacos.

Between this and your comments on my food posts I feel like I know far too much about your gastrointestinal distress.

Imodium is magic. Store brands are a fraction of the price, too.

Usually I’m good with tacos, I think this started Sunday and the travel has made it worse.

Where was the carne from? Try a few shots of tequila. Might kill whatever is still living in your gut.

Keep hydrated but don’t drink too much. Keep it light and with electrolytes such as coconut water, a few slices of cucumber in water or a little salt in some plain water. Don’t drink anything hot or too cold as it’ll change your core temperature and cause your body to use up energy trying to compensate and bring it back into balance. If you haven’t or don’t want any of those, open a can of cola, let it go flat and come to room temperature before drinking.
You want to feed your muscles and give it energy without giving the bacteria anymore to fuel it. Ride it out and keep warm.
Take care and see you on the flip side mate.
